A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AINAHEII.1 APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A "FIRST AME D'ti1E T TO COOPERATION AAD
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT" WITH THE ANALLAIEHINi
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AND AUTHORIZING THE I$AYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO E 1.ECUTS SAID AI1ENDI.7ENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency did 'heretofore enter into an Agreement
entitled "Cooperation and Reimbursement Agreement" (herein-
after "Agreement "), dated December 28, 1976, whereby the City
did agree to install or cause to be installed certain public
improvements, and Agency did agree to reimburse the City for
the cost of said improvements; and
1HEREAS it is necessary and desirably to amend
certain portions of Agreement relating to the method whereby
City is paid for the cost of said public ir.�provernents; and
WHEREAS, a 1 1 - irst Amendment to Cooperation and
'1ll2bursc�m2nt A r? ement' (hereinafter "First Amendment ") has
been prepared; and
- dHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said First
Amendment are acceptable to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim..
1 %30tid, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terrLs and
conditions of said First Amendment be, and they are hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clark
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said First
Amendment on behalf of the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
