A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THERE
WERE NO BIDS RECEIVED ON THE LAKEVIEW AVENUE
SEWER IMPROVEMENT, ACCOUNT NO. 11 -4309- 720 -16 -0000.
WWHEREAS, on the 4th day of April, 1978, Resolution
No. 78R -207 was adopted by the City Council finding and
determining that public convenience and necessity required
the improvement and completion of the Lakeview Avenue Sewer
Improvement, North of La Palma, Account No. 11- 4309 - 720 -16 -0000;
and
IATHEREAS, said Resolution into. 78R -207 did set the
27th day of April, 1978, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M. as
the date and hour for the opening of said bids; and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City
Council that no bids were received for the above - mentioned
public improvement; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Division has
recommended that this work be re- advertised at a later date;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is in the best interest of the City to re-
advertise the opening of said bids for the Lakeview Avenue
Sewer Improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 78R -207 adopted
on the 4th day of April, 1978, for the Lakeview Avenue Sewer
Improvement be, and the same is hereby, rejected and that
said public improvement be re- advertised as recommended by
the City Engineering Division.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of May,
