OF ANAHEIki APPROVING THE TEM-'IS Zld�iD CONDITIONS
OF A114 AGPERE."JENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF 10TAHEIM
AND EARL DAKA14 DOING BUSINESS AS DAKAIST ENGI-
NEERING COMPANY, AND AUTHORIZING THE IiAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheint desires to obtain engineer-
ing services for the design of a recreational swir pool for
Pearson Park; and
WHEREAS, Dakan Engineering is qualified to render such
engineering services to the City; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheiro.

- 4 1 - - he City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
between the City of Anaheim and Earl Dakan doing business as Dakan
Engineering for engineering services riore particularly described
in said agreement be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RE that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day o May
1978.
