A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AGREEING TO SELL CERTAIN CITY -
OWNED PROPERTY.
(East Side of Gilbert Street, South of La
Palma Avenue Well Site)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner in fee title
of certain property generally located south of La Palma Avenue
and on the east side of Gilbert Street as shown on a map attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as though set forth
in full; and
WHEREAS, City has no present or prospective use for the
property; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to sell
said property to the adjoining land owners; and
WHEREAS, the City_ has received requests from the folloia-
ing land owners to purchase the following parcels of land for the
following sums of money:
Parcel No. 1: (3,052 sq. ft.) to Robert Morgan for $500.00
Parcel No. 2: (2,497 sq. ft.) to Fernando Barrera for $425.00
NO T11EREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby accept the offers to pur-
chase the properties described in E.>hibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference front the following individuals for
the following sums of money:
Parcel No. 1: (3,052 sq. ft.) oo Robert !_ Zrgan for ;:500.00
Parcel No. 2: (2,497 sq. ft.) to Fernando Barrera for $425.00
BE IT FURTHER R that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute deeds to the above de-
scribed properties to the above named individuals on behalf of the
City of AnaheinL.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he
is hereby, authorized to execute such documents as may be required
to complete the sale.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by - the
