A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING LOAN CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
FOR BANK AND RICHARD E. AND
MARGARET A DUFFY AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE A LETTER OF APPROVAL.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Richard E. Duffy
and Margaret A. Duffy entered into an Agreement dated March 21,
1974 for the lease of surplus City property located generally
adjacent to the Jolly Roger Inn on Katella Avenue and Harbor
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement calls for the City to approve
of any assignment, hypothecation or transfer of this lease or
any interest therein; and
WHEREAS, contract loan documents have been submitted
to the City, the terms and conditions whereof are satisfactory;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to authorize the City Attorney
to execute a letter of approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the contract loan documents between
the ,- L.- � Bank and Richard E. Duffy and Margaret A. Duffy
be, andithe same are hereby, approved.

-'k B FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby, authorized to execute the letter of approval for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
