TO EXrECUTE SAID
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of July, 1972, the City of
Anaheim entered into a Lease Agreement with Richard E. and
Margaret A. Duffy for a parcel of lane., more particularly de-
scribed in said Lease; and
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of Play, 1974, and on the 28th
day of December, 1976, and again on the 20th day of December,
1977, the parties did amend said lease; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to said Lease
to further amend the terms and conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to amend said Lease Agreement.
WHEREAS, a Fourth Amendment to Lease has been prepared,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City
Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a Fourth
Amendment to Lease Agreement be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mavor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Amendment to Lease
Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheir.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of May ,
1978.
