78-252RESOLUTION NO. 78g-p5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT A CHANGE OF ZONE SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED IN A CERTAIN AREA OF THE CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did hold a public hearing in Reclassification Proceedings No. 77 to consider an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim unI nicipal Code relating to zoning, and to consider a change in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter men- tioned and described and, at said hearing, did receive evidence and reports from persons interested therein and from its staff; and WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following said hearing, the Planning Commission did duly adopt a resolution containing a report of its findings, a summary of the evidence presented at said hearing and denying the proposed amendment; and WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by law, an interested party or the City Council, on its own motion, caused the review of said Planning Commission action; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard, and did receive evidence and reports, and did consider the same; and WHEREAS, the City Counc the property and area proposed to zones in which it is now situated after set forth, is more suitable it is now incorporated and that a granted. it does find and determine that be changed from the zone or to a different zone, as herein - for the zone or zones in which change of zone should not be NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that all of the property and area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Lots 46, 47, 48 and 49 of Tract No. 2340 as per map recorded in Book 83, pages 19 and 20 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County. 77 -78 -4 ATTY -52 remain in the "RS- 7200" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE - FAMILY ZONE in which it is now incorporated, and that the reclassification to "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE be denied and that the action of the City Planning Commission in its Resolution No. PC78 -33 be, and the same is hereby, affirmed.
