A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM SETTING THE FEES FOR BENCHES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
adopted a procedure for the application for, and the granting
of, permits to place benches on City property; and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the 'City Council to
adopt a fee schedule for permit fees by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the Citv of Anaheim that the following fee schedule be, and the
same is hereby, adopted for fee permits, removal and storage:
1. Each application for a permit for a bench shall
be accompanied by an inspection fee of $10.00.
2. Upon the granting of any application for a permit,
a fee in the sum of $6.00 shall be paid.
3. A fee of $6.00 shall be paid on the lst of April
for the annual renewal of any permit.
4. In the event the Citv shall have removed and stored
a bench, the cost to a permittee to reclaim said
bench shall be the sum of $32.00 for the removal of
the bench and $10.00 per month for each and every
month for the storage of each and every bench.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of April
1978.
