A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'T`Y
OF ANAHEI14 APPROVING THE TERMS AbD COI•IDITIONS
OF AN ANTENNA SITE LICENSE WITH MOTOROLA, INC.,
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE t��YOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID LICENSE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of an antenna
site for the purpose of mounting Anaheim Fire Department coruauni-
cation hardware; and
WHEREAS, a license entitled "Antenna Site License"
(hereinafter "License ") has been prepared whereby Motorola, Inc.
grants said License to Anaheim to utilize its existing facilities
on Sierra Peak; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of License are accept-
able to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said License are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
License on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
