A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU11NICIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON A CERTAIN? PUBLIC ALLEY AND FILING
A DATE FOR A HEARING THERE01T.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to proceed under the provisions of the Street
Vacation Act of 1941 (Section 8300 et seq., Streets and Highway
Code) in connection with requests for vacation and abandonment
of public streets or alleys located within the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to
vacate, abandon and close to public use the following described
alley, to wit:
That certain unnamed public alley (20 feet in width),
located approximately 185 feet west of the centerline
of Philadelphia Street extending from a point approxi-
mately IL80 feet south of the centerline of Lincoln
Avenue to a point approximately 213 feet north of the
centerline of Broadway,,
as said alley is shown on a map or plan on file in the office of
the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons intere-stedL in
or objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at a
public hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P- 1 ji., or as soon there-
after as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in the
City Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same - to be
published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
