A RESOLUTION OF Thh CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to tie City;: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of Medical Center Hospital Comoany,
a partnership,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:

An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across the Northerly 25.00 feet of that parcel of land being
a portion of the SE of Section 5, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, San Bernardino Base Meridian, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of the SE4 of
said Section 5, distant N. 0 02 23" E. 1,320.00 feet
from the S. E. corner of said Section 5; thence N.
89° 55' 37" West parallel with the Southerly line of
the SE4 of said Section 5, a distance of 1,650.00 feet;
thence N. 0° 02 23" E. parallel with the Easterly line
of the SE4 of said Section 5, a distance of 396.00 feet;
thence S. 89 55' 37" East 1.650.00 feet parallel with
the Southerly line of the SE4 of said Section 5, to the
Easterly line of said Section 5; thence S. 0 02 23"
W. 396.00 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1,00)0
