A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UT_T LTTY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes y` and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to tie City: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

parcel of land described as follows:
That portion of the fractional Northeast quarter of
Section 3, Township L_ South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as said;ection
is shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10, of
Niiscella_neous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 10 chains South of the Northeast
corner of said Section 3; thence South 10 chains along
the Section line; thence West 20 chains parallel to the
Northerly line of said Section; thence North 10 chains
and thence East 20 chains to the point of beginnin..

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar (1,00)0
