A RESOLUTION OF nib, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tRe City;: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of Ideal Homes Inc..Francis X. Moh n
Edna Mohan. and Bert W. Martin Ada Martin.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for public utility purposes 9
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across the Easterly 15.00 feet of the Westerly 45.00 feet
of that portion of the NW4 of the NW* of Section 12,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan
Cajon de Santa Ana as the NW* of said Section 12, shown
on a map of Tract 1635, recorded in Book 49, Page 1 of
Miscellaneous Maps, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of said NW4
of the NW4 being the centerline of Placentia Avenue, with a
line parallel with and Southerly 124.00 feet measured from
the South line of the Ni of the Ni of the NW4 of the NW-
thence along said parallel line N. 89° 521 10" East 170.00
feet to a line parallel with and 170.00 feet Easterly from
said West line; thence along said parallel line S. 0° 07
West to a point that is N. 89° 521 00" East 170.00 feet
from a point that is N. 0° 07 30" East 611.82 feet from
the Southwest corner of said NW-4 of the NW4; thence S.
89° 521 00" West 170.00 feet to the said West line; thence
along said West line N. 0 07 30" East to the point of
beginning.
EXCEPTING the South 85.00 feet of the North 276,00 feet theof
eas from the South line of the N- of the Nt of the NW-4.- of
the be, and the is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar (41,00),
