1960-5851RESOLUTION N0. 5851 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAhEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for read and public utility Purpose_. and WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell and convey the same to the CITY; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of DREAM HOMES INC. a cor• oration to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for ap a ent for road and public utility purposes and more par•ticu ar y described as foTiows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 2 of the Helen and Lynch Addition, being a subdivision of the West half of Section 16, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M.; thence Southerly along the West line of said Lot 2 a dis- tance of 422.00 feet; thence N. 890 06' 15" East a distance of 642.07 feet to the beginning of a curve concave South- westerly and having a radius of 45.00 feet; thence Easterly and Southerly along said curve through a central angle of 22° 30' 52" an arc distance of 17.6E feet; thence N. 0° 16' 00" West a distance of 31.33 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 75.00 feet; thence Northerly and Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 13° 32' 06" an arc distance of 17.72 feet; thence S. 89 06' 15" West a distance of 594.61 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Westerly and Northerly along said curve through a central angle of 90° 35' 15" an arc distance of 23.72 feet to a point in a line parallel with and 32.00 feet Easterly of the West line of said Lot 2; thence Northerly along the last mentioned parallel line to the North line of said Lot 2; thence Westerly along the North line of said Lot 2 to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion conveyed to the State of California, said portion lying within Lincoln Avenue. be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said property.
