A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITiY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes to wit: An easement for road and public
and
WHEREAS the owner of said property ha s offered to
sell and convey the same to tie City; and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of .Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of LAURA 0. WIEBALK, a widow.
to sell to the ity of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim County of Orange, State of California
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes 9
and more particularly described as follows:
The Southerly 12.00 feet of lot 22 of Tract
No. 743 as shown on a map filed in Book 22,
Page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar {1,00),
