1960-5815RESOLUTION NO. 5815 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes and WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell and convey the same to tie City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of WALLACE CARTER, a single man. to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes and more particularly described as follows: The Westerly 53.00 feet of the Southerly 66.00 feet of the North 132.00 feet of the South half of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base Meridian. be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said property. -1- BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1 THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 9th day of February 1960 STATE OF CALIFORNIA CO1NTY OF ORANGE so, CITY OF ANAHEIM I, DEiNE M.
