A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A.GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR.MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did heretofore enter
into an escrow with Florence H. Spencer, a widow, at Orange
County Title Company, 421 North Main Street, Santa Ana,
California, for the purchase of the hereinafter described real
property for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, said Orange County Title Company is now
ready to close said escrow and a deed has been prepared con-
veying the hereinafter described property to the City of
Anaheim free and clear of all encumbrances, except the second
installment of State and County Taxes for the fiscal year
1959 -60, and all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reserva-
tions, rights, rights of way and easements of record;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the deed conveying the following
described property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, to wit:
PARCEL 1:
The Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of
the Northeast quarter of Section 13, Township 4
South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as said section is shown on a map
recorded in Book 51, Page 11 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the,Office of the County Recorder of said
County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 190.74 feet thereof.
PARCEL 2:
An undivided 7 /120ths interest in the following
described property:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11
West in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as said section
is shown on a map recorded in Book 51, Page 11 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said county; thence Southerly 348.00
feet to the point designated herein as the point
of beginning; thence at right angles Westerly 192.00
feet; thence at right angles Southerly 40.00 feet;
thence at right angles Easterly 20.00 feet; thence
at right angles Northerly 30.00 feet; thence at right
angles Easterly 172.00 feet, more or less, to the
east boundary line of the said Northeast quarter of
the Northeast quarter of said Section 13; thence at
right angles Northerly 10.00 feet to the point of
beginning.

to the City of Anaheim be, and the same is hereby, accepted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said escrow holder be,
and it is hereby, authorized to deliver to said Vendor the
amount of the purchase price for said real property above
described when all conditions of said escrow have been met
and complied with.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 2nd day of February,. 1960.

Anaheim, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting provided by law,
of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 2nd
day of February, 1960, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Coons, Fry, Pearson, Thompson and Schutte.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signedsaid resolution on the 2nd day
of February, 1960.
