A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAhEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,. the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purohasi.ng the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit An easement for road and_public utility purposes
and

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
and e.onvey the same to the C ti y; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
At is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of RAYMOND E. AND MARY M. PERRIER,
VICTORIA SPEHAR. a widow, AND PAUL IAR; a_n_unmarr a man
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easeme,t for road and public utility ility purposes
and more partic;urEFIy described as .fol .ows: An easement for road
and public utility purposes over, under and across those parcels of
land described as follows:
PARCEL 1: The Westerly 53.00 feet of the West 220.00
feet of the South 131.02 feet of the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 12, Township L.
South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base Meridian.
PARCEL 2: An easement for alley and public utility
purposes described as follows: Beginning at the
Northeast corner of the above mentioned West 220.00
feet of the South 131.02 feet of said Parcel 1; thence
S. 0 07 30" West a distance of 93.41 feet; thence S.
))0 511 50" West a distance of 53.18 feet; thence S.
89° 51 50" West a distance of 32.52 feet; thence N.

be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
2nd day of February 1960
