TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and eonvey the same to the C77; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ??A`}< Or AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST AND

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utili purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 5 feet (as measured
at right angles to the center line of Los Angeles Street)
and the Southerly 53.00 feet (as measured at right angles
to the center line of Ball Road) of that parcel of land
being a portion of Lot 25 of Anaheim Extension, as shown
on a map of survey made by William Hamel and filed in the
office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California, a copy of which is recorded in Book 3, Page
163 et seq., entitled Los Angeles County Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 25 of
Anaheim Extension (which for the purpose of this description
is to be the center line intersection of Bali Road and
Los Angeles Street) as shown on said map of survey made
by William Hamel, thence North 15 32' 15" West along the
center line of said Los Angeles Street, a distance of
160.35 feet, thence North 74 27' 115" East a distance of
273.66 feet, thence South 15 32' 15" East parallel with
the said center line of Los Angeles Street, a distance of
237.40 feet to the center line of said Ball Road, thence
South 89 5Li 30" West 289.31 feet to the point of begin-
ning.
Excepting therefrom that portion conveyed to the City of
Anaheim by Deed Number 66926 recorded May 4, 1959 in Book
4697, Page 289, records of Orange County, California,
be;, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property°
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar 41,00),
