A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A ~NT DESLOONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CEIlTAIN RiEAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EAS!MENT KlR ROAD PURPOSES

WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes. to wi tl An easement for road purposes
; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of 11IARY E. HORGAN
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road pur;)oses

An easement for l'oad purposes over the
real property in the County of Orange,
State of California, descri tad as:
The West 50 feet and the ~orth 50 feet
of that portion of the West one-half of
t.he iJorthwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 2J, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, S. B. B. & M., lying North-
easterly of the Northeasterly line of the
land described in the deed to the Los Angeles
Interurban Railway Company recorded Se~)tember
8, 1905, in Book 122, page 184 of Deeds, records
of Oran~e County, California,

be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
C1 ty of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorize<il to pay to the
awnws of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOO Dollars ($1000).
