A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A rnANT DEED' CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council 0 f
the City of Anaheim that the offer of PAUL vl. ALTHEIDE AND
BETTY JEAN ALTHEIDE, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and oublic utility purposes
, and more particularly described as followsl
An eB,sement for road and :)ublic utility purposes over, under
and across the Northerly 30 feet of that portion of land
located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows:
The Easterly 75 feet of the Basterly 225.00 feet measured
along the Northerly line of that portion of the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast c,ual'ter of the Southwest i of
Sectlon 2, 1n Tovmship 4 South, Hange 10 West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of sa:i.d Oranr:e County.

be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ~y of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOa Dollars ($1.00).
