A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CXlUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A ~NT DEED' OONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASatENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PUP~OSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi tl An easement for road and public
utili tv purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real propertyo
N()II, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council 0 f
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ARCHIE F. THOMAS a.ng
ALVA L. THOMAS. husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used ror road and public utility purposes
j and more particularly described as follows I
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 30 feet of that portion
of land located in the Cit, of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of Cal' fornia, d.escribed 8.8 follows:
The Westerly 75 feet of the Easterly 225 feet measured
alone; the Northerly line of that portion of the Northwest
quartel' of the Northee,st quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West in the Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof
recorded, in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of said Oran(,e County.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/100 Dollars ($1.00).
