A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A ~NT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASBXENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes~ to witl An easement for road and public
utili tv purpose s ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of WALKER AND LEE, INC..
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and public utility purposes
~ and more particularly described as followsl
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and, across the_t parcel of le,nd loceted in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, state of California,
described as follows:
BeginninL at the Northwest corner of Section 18, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&M.; thence Southerly
along the i'fest line of said Section 18, 165 feet; thence
N. 880 57' 34u E. 43 feet; thence, Northerly parallel with
said West line of Section 18, 35.50 feet to a point, said
polnt being the beginning of a curve having a radius of 8
feet anc_ being concave Southeasterly; thence along said
curve through a central angle of 550 46' 15" a distance of
7.79 feet to a point, said point being the beginning of a
reverse curve possessing the same radii and centrEd angle;
thence along said reverse curve a distance of 7.79 feet to a,
point of tangency; thence Northerly parallel i.rith said 1ivest
line ai' said Section 18, 115 feet more or less, to a point,
sai6 point beinE in the North line of said Section 18; thence,

Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/IOO Dollars ($1.00).
