A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OJUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED'OONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CElITAIN REAL PROPERTY
FUR AN EASEMENT FUR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES .
WHEREAS9 the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes9 to wi t: An easement for road and '::lUblic
uti 11 ty :DU~OHAg ; and
WHEREAS9 the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
Nav, THEREFURE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council 0 f
the City of Anaheim that the offer of 'WILLIAM C. VALLADE AND
LOUISE A. VALLADE, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and public utility purpo se s
. and more particularly described as followsl

that portion of land located in the City of Anaheim,

City of Anaheim9 and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
Ci ty of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/100 Dollars ($1.00).
