wit, on July 21, 1959, adopt Resolution No. 5366 in Reclassification Proceed•
ings No. F «58«59.104 upon application from Joseph D. Kopsho, Jr. for a change
of zone or zones of certain real property described in said application; and
denied.
RESOLUTION NO. 5779
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DENYING THE REQUEST FOR AN AMENDMENT TO
CONDITION NO. 4 OF RESOLUTION NO. 5366 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. Pâ– 58..59 -104.
WHEREAS, Condition No. 4 of said Resolution reads as follows:
"4. That the south half of the buildings to be
constructed on Lots 13 through 23 of Revised
Tentative Tract No. 3372 be limited to two
stories in height, and that the north half
of said buildings be limited to one story in
height."
AND WHEREAS, after the adoption of said Resolution, a written request
was filed with the City Council, asking that said Condition Be. 4 be amended to
permit two -story construction on Lots 13 throes 23 of said tract, and said
request was set for public hearing by the City Council on January 26, 1960; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place set for said public hearing, the City
Council did duly hold and conduct such public hearing and did give all persons
interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did consider said request
for amendment of Condition No. 4 of said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said request should be
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the request of L. Frederick Pack, Authorized Agent for Joseph D.
Kopsho, Jr., that Condition No. 4 of Resolution No. 5366 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 1 -104 be amended to permit two story buildings on Lots
13 through 23 of Revised Tentative Tract No. 3372, be and the same is hereby
denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 26th
day of January, 1960.
