A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEEDOONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi t~ An easement for road and uublic

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of T.F.F. SYMONDS and VIRGINIA

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for _ road and public utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that Parcel of land located in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Parcel 2: The Northerly 50 feet 0:" the following
described parcel of land: Beginning at the inter-
section of the center line of Center Street with
the Northerly extension of the Easterly line of the
'"Iesterly half of Lot 8 of Anaheim Extenf!ion as shown
on a map of survey made by William Hamel on file in
the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County,
California; thence Southerly along said Easterly line
235 feet; thence Westerly parallel with said center line

100 feet to the point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOO Dollars ($1.00).
