A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A ~NT DEED' CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAl PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD Al'<1J PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi tl An easement for road and pUblic
,utili ty purooses J and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, 11IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LEE SYlvIOlmS and VIRGINIA
SYMONDS, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Ana~eim, Countr of Orange} State of
California, to be used for roaa. and pub ic utililiY purposes

purposes over, under and across that Parcel of
lanQ located in the City of Ananeim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Parcell: The Northerly 25.25 feet of the
Northerly 185 feet of the Westerly six acres of the
Easterly i of the Northerly ~ of Lot 8 of Anaheim
Extension as shown on a ma') of survey made by
William Hamel on file in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County, California. EXCEPTING
therefrom the Westerly 235 feet.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOa Dollars ($1.00).
