A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED OONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASBl.ENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit I An easement for roa Cl RTHl pllh11 n
:uti11ty purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of RICHARD E. DUFFY and
MABr~RF.T A. DUFFY. hu~hAnd and wt~A.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and public utili tv purposes
. and more particularly described as followSI
An easement for road and public: utility purposes
over, under and. across the Easterly 60 feet of
South 132 feet of the. t parcel of land loce,ted in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, state of
California, d.escribed as follows:
The South 132 feet of the East 330 feet of the
North half of the Southeast quarter of the North-
west cluarter of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, SM~ BERl~P~INO BASE AND MERIDIAN.
be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/IOD Dollars ($1.00).
