A PJ.;SCLUTluN OF TH:,: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AHAHEIH FINDING AND DETl!;RHINING THA'2: A CHANGE OF ZONE SHOULD NOT BE GR.AJ.\!TED IN A CERTAIN AREA OF THE CITY HEPl:INAFTEH DESCRL:5ED. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution recommending denial of a chance in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having fixed 8. time and Dlace for the holding of a public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, and. after having duly held and conducted such')ublic hee.ring to consider said proposed change of zone or zones, and after having received evidence and re:.)orts from persons interested therein; and WHEhEAS, within a period of forty (40) days follow- ing the hearin~ thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announce by formal ~esolution No. 82--Series 1956-57, its findings of facts and declare its opinions and reasons for recommending a denial of said proposed change in the bounda- ries of the zone hereinafter mentioned and described; and '~{HF;::.EAS, upon receipt of the re:>ort and recommenda- tion of tne City Planning Commission, the City Council did thereupon fix the 27th day of November, 1956 as the time and the Council.ChambeJ" in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place for a)ublic nearinG upon said proposed, change of zone ancl did, give notice theJ'eof in the manner anri as pro- vided in said Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and ;rHE3EAS, at tne time and place fixed for said public hearin~:, the City Council did duly hold, and conduct such nublie hearing anct did give all :persons interested there.in an opportuni t~ to be heard and cUd, rece i ve evid,ence and reports, and did thereupon consider the recommend.ations of the City Planning Commission, and did continue 8a,ia hearing until a later date; and VrHE3:^;AS, the Oi ty Council does find and determine that the 9roperty and area proposed to be changed from the zone in vrhich it is nOF situated to a different zone as hereinafter set forth is more suitable for the zone in which it is no\'! incol'porated and thf,t a change of zone should not be granted. NO\'l, THEfu:FORJ:<;, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that all of the property and area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, state of California, described as follows, to wit: Lots 1 to 64 of Tract 2624, as shown on a Map recorded January 26, 1956 in Book 84, Pages 31 and 32 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
