A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAhEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTATIJ REAL PROPERTY
FOR AIJ EASEMENT FOR ROAD AIdD PT~TBLIC UTILITY

WHEREAS, the Gity Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of p~ar~~ha,sing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes9 to wit: An easement for road and public utility 7rposes_

WHEREAS9 the owners of said property have offered to sell
a.nd conv~;y the same to the C ti yy and
WHEREA59 the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept s~~id offer and purchase said real property,
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

An easement for road and public utility easement over,
under and across the Southerly 53.00 feet of that
portion of land described as follows:
The East half of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 14, Township !~ South, Range 11 West,
S. B. B. ~ M., in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as said section
is shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, Page 11 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter
of said Section 14, being the center line intersection of
Ball Road (60.00 feet wide) and Western Avenue (40.00 feet
wide); thence South 890 37' 25" West 1326.33 feet along
the South line of said Southwest quarter of Section 14 to
the true point of beginninP; thence North Oo ~5' 13" West
375.00 feet; thence South ~9° 37t 25" 'vJest 100.00 feet;
thence South 00 14t 48't East 375.00 feet to the said South
line of the Southwest quarter of Section 14; thence along

the sum of One Dollar (1.00).
