TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIT~f REAL PROPERTY

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of p~izr~~raa.si.ng the hereinafter described rea;1 property for municipal
purposes9 to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes_

WHEREASs the owners of said property have offered to sell

WHEREAS9 the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to

County, California, described as. follows:
Beginning at a point on the South Line of said Lot I0,
163.00 feet Easterly from the Southwest corner of said
Lot 10; thence North 0° 29' 10" Nest Parallel with the
l^~'est line of said Lot 10, a distance of 160.00 feet;
