TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR ATJ EASEMENT FOR~~ AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of p~zr~,ha.sin~ the hereinafter described rea',L property for municipal
purposes9 to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes.

WHEREASs the owners of said property have offered to sell

WHEREAS9 the Gity Counc:L of the Gity of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to

NOW9 THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of said Lot 10,
