.._. A RESOLUTION OF 'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5654
RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY, BY CORRECTING CONDITION NO. 1
THEREOF PERTAINING TO TAXES.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on the 24th day of
November, 1959, adopt Resolution No. 5654 authorizing the
purchase and acquisition o.f certain real property therein
described for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of said resolution pro-
vides that subject property shall be conveyed to the City
of Anaheim free and clear of all encumbrances, except all
general and special taxes for the fiscal year 1959-60, in-
cluding any special district levies, payment of which is
included therein and collected therewith; and covenants,
conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights, rights of
way and easements of record; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Condition No.
1 of Resolution No. 5654 should be amended to provide that
subject property be conveyed to the City free and clear of
all taxes except the second half of all general and special
taxes for the fiscal year 1959-60, rather than all taxes
for the fiscal year 1959-50, as mentioned in said resolution;
NOU1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc i 1
of the City of Anaheim that Condition No. 1 of Resolution
No. 5654 be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"l. That subject property shall be conveyed to
the City of Anaheim free and clear of all
encumbrances, except the second half of all
general and special taxes for the fiscal
year 1959-60, including any special dis-
trict levies, payment of which is included
therein and collected therewith; and
covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations, rights, rights of way and
easements of record.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
Resolution No. 565_ be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 22nd day of December, 1959.
