A RESOLUTION OF 'ff-t E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5626 BY
DELETING THEREFROM THE REFERENCE TO A RECORD
OF SURVEY.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on November l0, I959, adopt Resolution No. 5626 amending
Resolution No. 4376 relating to the sale of real property,
by correcting the description of the real property described
therein; and
WHEREAS, the. City Council did in said Resolution
No. 5626 find that the description of the real property
contained in Resolution No. 4376 should be corrected to con-
form to the record of survey of said real property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a survey of
said property has not been made and that the statement with
reference to a record of survey of said real property was
in error and should be deleted from said resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5626, adopted
November 10, 1459, be and the same is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the statement with reference to a record
of survey of said real property, as contained in paragraph
three of said resolution which reads as follows:
"Whereas, the City Council does further find that
the real property proposed to be sold to said
Rowland 8~ Johnston was incorrectly described in
Resolution No. 4376, and that said resolution
should, therefore, be amended and the description
of the property corrected to conform to the record
of survey of said real property."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 5626 be and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and apF::roved by
me this 22nd day of December, 1959.
