TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AT3 EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS9 the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of p~tzrb ha.sing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes9 to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes

WHEREAS9 the owners of said property have offered to sell

WHEREAS9 the Gity Council, of the Gity of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
