OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED'OONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CElITAIN REAL PROPERTY

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for publi c purposes, to wi t I An easement for Pub Ii cut ili ty

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THERER)RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ENCHANTED LAND. a general part-
nership of which Godbel Development Co. is a general partner,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for public utilitv purposes
. and more particularly described as followsl
An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across those portions of real property situated
in Tract 1979. as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 89, Pages 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Miscellaneous
Hap s, records of said Orange County, described as
follows:
The Westerly five (5 ) feet of Lot No. 149.
The Westerly five (5) feet of Lot No. 136.
The Westerly five (5 ) feet of Lot No. 119.
The Westerly five (5) feet of Lot No. 106.
The Westerly five (5 ) feet of Lot No. 89.
The Westerly five (5) feet of Lot No. 76.
The Westerly five (5 ) feet of Lot No. 59.
The Easterly five (5 ) feet of Lot No. 150.
The Easterl:l five (5 ) feet of Lot No. 135.
The Easterly five (5 ) feet of Lot No. 120.
The Easterly five (5) feet of Lot No. 105.
The Easterly five (5 ) feet of Lot No. 90.

be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General FUjds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOO Dollars ($1000).
