OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED'OONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC

WHiREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to Witl An easement for road and public
l;tility DurDoses ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council 0 f
the City of Anaheim that the offer of R & W CONSTRUCTION CO.. a

to sell to e City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and Dublic utilitv DurDoses

Parcell. The Southerly 50 reet as measured at right
angles rrom the Center line or La Palma Ave-
nue, of the swt or the Swt or the swt or Sec-
tion 5, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.
B.& M., excepting thererrom the Westerly
322.53 feet.
Parcel 2. The Westerly 40 feet as measured at right
angles from the Center line of Brookhurst
Street of the swt or the Swt of the swt of
Section 5, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B.& M., excepting therefrom the South-
erly 283 feet and also excepting therefrom
the Northerly 20 feet.
Parcel 3. The Southerly 50 feet as measured at right
angles from the Center line of La Palma Ave-
nue, of the Westerly 100 feet of the SEt of
the swi of the swt of Section 5, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M.
be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
r~ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOa Dollars ($1.00).
