A R~SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OP'\NAHEP1 AUTHORIZING TH::: LEi\.SING OF CERTAIN
REAL PROP;::RTY BY THE CITY oy ANAHEIM FROM
HOSKINS U\ND COMPANY.
1,'IHERE/\S, Hoslnns Land Car1pany is the owner of
that certain real property situated in the City at Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of Califarnia, described as foI-
lows =
Offices numbered 215, 216, 217 and 218 of
that certain builc1ing known as the Kraemer
Building, situated at 222 East Center
Street, in the City o~ Anaheim, County of
Or,,\nge, State of Callforni8;
AND "HEREf'cS, said owner has offered to lease
said propert:r to the City of Anaheim for a period of one
year, commencing on the 1st day of December, 1956 and end-
ing on the 30th day of November, 1957, at a monthly rental
of $90 per month, with an option to renew the lease for an
additional term of ane year; and
WHEREAS, the City Counc i 1 does find and determine
that it is necessary and desirable to lease said office
space for use by ths engineer ing 'and other related depart-
ments of the City of Anaheim, and that said rental Is fair
and reasonab'l e.
N01'I, THERE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the above described property be
leased from said Hoskins Land Company for the term and at
the rental hereinabove specified, and upon the terms and
conditions set forth in that certain form of lease dated
~ecember 1, 1956 ta be made ,"nd entered Into by and between
Hoskins Land Company and the City of Anaheim and this day
submitted to the City Council for approval.
B~ IT FURTHSR RESOLVSD that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said lease demising and leasing the above described
permises to the City of Anaheim.
THE 70REGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
