WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim did oaule to
be ..P~l~hed in a newspaper of general 01~oq1atlon, printed, pUb11shed and
oi1'!e~a"d 1n the Oity of Anaheim, to wit: The Anahe1m Bulletin, on the

All plaht, labor, services, materials and
equipment, and all utilities and transpor-
tation, inoluding power, fuel and water,
and performing all work necessary to oon-
struct and complete in a good and workman-
like manner, in strict accordance with the
specifications, plans and drawings therefor
on file in the Office of the City Clerk of
the City of Anaheim, the following public
improvement, to wit: Construction of the
Haster Street sewer laterals from Katella
Avenue to Midway Drive, consisting of a
12-inch V.C.P. lateral and an 8-inch V.C.P.
lateral, construction of standard manholes,
resurfacing and remodeling, and appurtenant
work as indicated on plans, Job No. 1070.

report and submit his tabulation of said sealed proposals, and the
Oi.y Oounoil did thereupon find and determine that the sealed proposal

WHEREAS, the City Oounoil finds that said oontraotor has oom-
p~eted said pUblio improvement hereinabove more partioularly desoribed
