A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for sewer purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha. offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of SANTA ANA VALLEY IRRIGATION
COMPANY

County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being the inter-
section of the centerline of Jefferson Street
and Santa Ana Canyon Road; thence,.South 71
10' 33" East 60.22 feet; thence, South 72 06=
45" East 383.21 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence, continuing along the last mentioned
bearing a distance of 28.60 feet; thence, South
38 52 50" East 68.46 feet; thence, Sou ;h 72
521 00" West 16.88 feet; thence North 38 52'
50" West 86.12 feet to the true point of be-
ginning;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of July 1960.
