A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
CF ADLAHEIE AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6088 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F-59-60-92.
i:d the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on June 1)!, 1960, adopt Resolution No. 6088 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings Na. F-59-60-92 amending Resolution No. 6000
in said reclassification proceedings by amending Condition
No. 5 thereof; and
HEREPS, Paragraph (a) of said amended Condition
No. 5 reads as follows:
"(a) That the hereinafter described property
shall be developed in substantial compliance
with the plans submitted to the City Council
on hay 10, 1960, by Chrysler Corporation, and
on file with the City of Anaheim."
AND Vf.ERIIAS, tbe City Council finds that a typograph-
ical error was made in said Paragraph (a), and that the word
"hereinafter" in the first line of said paragraph should be
changed to read "hereinbeforiP; and
1 ;HERE4.S, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said proceedings;
11C, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by thi City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 6088 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. F-59-60-92 .1), and the same is hereby,
amended by amending Paragraph (a) of Condition No. 5 thereof
to read os f

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 6088 be and remain in full force and effect.
.AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be,
and he is hereby, auth-rized and directed to prepare and surit
to the City Council an arendirlent to Article IX, Chapter 2 of
the .Anaheir Lunicipal Code tm amend said Anahin unicipal Code
to accomplish the object herein found and determined to he
necessary and proper.

approved and signed said Resolution No. 6131 on the 5th day of July,
1960.
