OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GU.NT DEED 'aJNVEYING
TO THE CITY Of ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASIIlENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES ~
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to witr An easement for road and nubIle

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is fOr tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to a~cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NaI, THERER)RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Sli'ELT. OIL COMPANY
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and nubIle utilH:y pn"pn,...
~ and more particularly described as follows.
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of land located
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the southerly line of
Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. & M., distant 55 feet West from the Easter-
ly line of said Section 21; thence Northerly
parallel with said Easterly line 60 feet to a
point, said point being the true point of ~egin-
ning; thence:
1. N 440 34' 05" E, 21.85 feet to a point, said
point being distant 40 feet Easterly from said
Easterly line of said Section 21; thence
2. S 00 05' 20" E, 15.45 feet more or less to a
point, said point being distant 60 feet northerly
of the southerly line of said Section 21; thence
3. S 890 34' 05" W, 15.36 feet more or less to the
true point of beginning.

Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the C1 ty Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOa Dollars (Sl.OO).
