A RESOLUTIaI OF THE CITY roUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CiWIT DEED'CXJNVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN RUL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASBIENT FOR SEWAGE PURPO~S

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit I An easement for sewage purposes
; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Wa&l:ner aealt-r CO~Dany
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for sewa&l:e purposes
~ and more particularly described as followSI
A lO foot easement for sewage purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Northwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section l2,
Township 4 South, Range lO West, in the Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
lying 5.00 feet on each side of the following
described centerline:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line
of said Section with a line parallel with the
South line of the North one-half of the Southwest
quarter of said Northwest quarter and distant
Northerly therefrom 260.00 feet measured at right
angles; thence Easterly along said parallel line,
366.00 teet; thence 350.00 feet Southeasterly to
a point on a line parallel with the South line of
the North one-half of the Southeast quarter of
said Northwest quarter and distant 2l0.00 feet
Northerly therefrom, measured at right angles;
thence Easterly along said parallel line to the
East line of said Northwest quarter.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the C1 ty Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/l 00 Dollars (Sl.OO).
