OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A (]WIT DEEDCXJNVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN RW. PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and 'O'V-b1ic
uti1itv 'OUrDO.8. . and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is fOr tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the easterly
50 feet of that portion of land located 1n the
City of Anaheim, County or Orange, State of
California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point located N. 0007130" E.
141.83 teet fro. the intersection of the monu-
mented center lines ot Placentia Avenue and
Center Street; thence, S. 81019'30" W. 137.83
teet; thence, N. 12055'20" W. 70.19 feet; thence,
N. 81019'30tl E. 153.85 feet to a point, said
point being in the center line of said P1aoentia
Avenue; thence, S. 0007'30" W. along said center
line 70.83 feet to the point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the

CMners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nollOO Dollars (Sl.OO).
