OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A ~NT DEED"CXJNVEYING.
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN RlW. PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PURT.TC
UTILITY P~RPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to witl An easement for road and public
utility purposes . J and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Map;no11a School District
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and public )lti1itv "Curfollas

Excepting therefrom the Northerly 200 feet

ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
Ci ty of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/100 Dollars ($1.00).
