A RESDLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF' M~AHEIM AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF' CERTAIN
REAL PROP:2;RTY. AIm AUT'flORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF' A CONVEYANCE THEF~OF.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the herein-
after described rel:d property, and certain engineering data
pertaining to said property; and
~iHE..f.{EAS, said real prOI)erty and. engineering data are not
needed for any immediate public use nor municipal purposes; and
I;HEHEAS, the Anahe im School Di 8 tric t 0 f Orange County.
California has offered to purchase said real property for the
SUIll of $34.385.00 cash, 10cwful money of the United States; and
has offered to purchase the engineering data pertaining to
said property, consisting of topographical maps. soil tests.
etc. now in the possession of the City of Anaheim, for the sum
of $615.00; and
VfHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is for the benefit
and. best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer
and sell and convey said. real property to the Anaheim School
District. and to sell said engineering data pertaining thereto
to said SchOOl District, upon the terms and conditions herein-
after specified.
NOW. THEl~FOHE, BE IT RESOLv~D by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim. that the offer of the Anaheim School District
of Orange County, CalifoT'nia. to purcha.se the following described
real property, situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange.
State of California:
That portion of the South half of the Northeast quarter
of Section 7. in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes as shown on a map thereof recorded
in book 51. page 10. Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, described. as follows:

prolongation of the Southerly line of Tract No. 1161.

of $35,000.00 cash, lawful money of the United States, be,and
the same is hereby, accepted upon the follovf1ng terms and
cond.itions:
1. That the su.m of $35,000.00 cash. lawful money of
the United States, be placed in escrow with
Home Savin1:Fs & Loan Association, Anaheim branch,
211 E. Center street, Anaheim, Ca.lifornia, to be
paid to the City at the close of escrow.
2. That saidoroperty shall be sole: subject to
covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservat-
ions, rights, r-ights-of-way and easements of
record.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the :t-layor fmd the City Clerk
be, and. they are hereby, authorized to execute a good and
sufficient deed conveying to said Anaheim School District of
Orange County, California, the real property hereinabove de-
scribed, and to deliver said. deed into escrow, together with
the engineering data above referred to, at Home Savings &
Loan Association, Anaheim branch, 211 E. Center Street, Anaheim,
California, to be delivered to said School District upon com-
)letion of said escrow and payment of the full purchase price
as hereinabove provided.
A~D B~ IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the
City of Anaheim be, and she is hereby authorized and directed
to certify a copy of this resolution and cause the same to be
attached to the deed to be executed by the Mayor and the City
Clerk on behalf' of the City of Anaheim.
