A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COIDiCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE
GRANTING OF A LICENSE FOR INGRESS AND
EGRESS TO TIill SIEGLER CORPORATION AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SAID
GRANT OF LICENSE.
WHEREAS, the Siegler Corporation has requested from
the City of Anaheim a right of way for ingress and egress over
the real property hereinarter described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the granting of
such right of way for ingress and egress over the hereinafter
described real property will not interfere with any other con-
templated use of said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that there be, and there is hereby, granted
to Siegler Corporation, a California corporation, a license for
ingress and egress over the Easterly 30 feet of the real property
hereinafter described, situated in the City of Anaheim, County of'
Orange, State of California, for so long as said Siegler Corpora-
tion shall remain the owner of that parcel of property immediately
adjacent and contiguous to said hereinafter described real pro-
perty. Said real property hereinabove referred to is described
as follows:

Beginning at a point in the West line of the
Northwest quarter of Section 8, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M., said point
being distant 474.67 feet northerly of the
Southwest corner of said Northwest quarter;
thence Easterly parallel with the South line
of the North 25 acres of the Southwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of said Section 8,
238 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the
West line of the Northwest quarter of said Sec-
tion 8, 168.15 feet, more or less to a point,
distant 306.92 feet northerly of the South line
of said Northwest quarter; thence Westerly para-
llel with said South line of said Northwest
quarter 238 feet more or less to the West line of
said Northwest quarter; thence Southerly along
said West line 183.02 feet more or less, to a
point, said point being distant 123.90 feet
Northerly of the South line of said Northwest
quarter; thence Easterly parallel with said
South line of said Northwest quarter, 822 feet;
thence Northerly parallel with the West line of'
said Northwest quarter, 367.23 feet to the South
line of the North 25 acres of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Sec-
tion 8; thence Westerly along the South line of
said 25 acres 822 feet to the West line of said
Northwest quarter; thence Southerly along said
West line of' said Northwest quarter 16 feet more
or less to the point of beginning.
AND BE IT VuRTHER RESOL1[ED that in the event said Siegler
Corporation shall cease to be the owner of said property contiguous
to the above-described real property by reason of any act of
its own or by act or operation of law, said license granted

hereby shall immediately terminate and revert to the City o~
Anaheim.

BE IT B~RTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute a Grant
of License to carry out the purposes of this resolution and to
complete the granting of said easement to the Siegler Corpora-
tion.
