RESOLUTION NO. ~~~~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK TO SIGN TRACT MAP NO. 3067 FOR AND ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AS OWNER OF
LAND IN SAID TRACT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim owns certain property
which is adjacent to other property being subdivided; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest of the
City of Anaheim that the property owned by the City of
Anaheim be subdivided into City lots; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has agreed to include the
City-owned property in the subdivision map entitled "3067,"
and said subdivision map has been prepared and approved by
the Engineering Department and by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City sign said
subdivision map as an owner of property being subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim be, and they are here-
by, authorized and directed to sign Subdivision Map No. 3067
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim as an owner of part
of the land subdivided in said subdivision map.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 23rd day of October, 1956.
