A RESOLUT ION OF THE CITY COUNC IL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CORRECTING A TYPOGRAPHICAL
ERROR IN RESOLUTION NO. 3300 RELATING TO
THE WAGNER ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did on the 29th day of May, 19$6 adopt ResolutIon No. 3300
acknowledging receipt of a petition for the annexation of
certain uninhabited territory to the City of Anaheim, and
designating the territory as the Wagner Annexation; and
WHEREAS, in the description of the territory
proposed to be annexed to the City of Anaheim in said
Wagner Annexation the beginning point of the boundary of
said annexation was described as follows:
"Beginning at a point in the existing Anaheim
City Limits line as established by the Ward
Annexation, Annexation No. 27, as passed by
Ordinance No. 812, on August 12, 19$2 and
filed with the Secretary of State on September
9, 19$2, said point being the intersection of
the said city limit line and the easterly line
of the NW! of the swt of SectIon 12, T4S,
RIOW, S.B.B. & M.; thence,.
AND WHEREAS, it was recited therein that said
Ordinance No. 812 was filed with the Secretary of State on
"September 9, 19$2" when, in truth and in fact, said
ordinance was filed with the Secretary of State on September
1$, 19$2; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that the re-
cital of the date "September 9, 1952" as the date of the
filing of said ordinance with the Secretary of State was
a typographical error and that, in truth and in fact, said
ordinance was filed with the Secretary of State on Septem-
ber 1$, 19$2, as appears from the Certificate of Annexation
issued by the Secretary of State; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
the correction of said resolution to show the true facts as
disclosed by the records and files of the City Clerk of the
City of Anaheim will not change the boundaries of said
Wagner Annexation nor substantially affect the rights of the
property owners or the persons residing in said territory,
and that said resolution should be corrected to recite the
true date upon which said Ordinance No. 812 was filed with
the Secretary of State.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the second paragraph of the
description of the territory proposed to be annexed to the
City of Anaheim as set forth in Resolution No. 3300 be, and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Beginning at a point in the existing Anaheim
City Limits line as established by the Ward
Annexation, Annexation No. 27, as passed by
Ordinance No. 812, on August 12, 1952 and
filed with the Secretary of State on September
1$, 1952, said point being the intersection

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 9th day of October, 1956.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the
