A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OJUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A <iWIT DEEDCXJNVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASBIENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILIT~ PURPOSES

that it is
Anaheim to
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to witl An easement for road and Dublic
u~il1ty purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANAHEIM DEVELOPMENT CO. ,

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and public utility purposes

City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOa Dollars ($I.OO).
